Civil Conspiracy Allegation, TMZ Report Appear to Have Connection
by Will Brinson Filed under: Steelers , NFL Police Blotter , NFL Media Watch , NFL Rumors , NFL Quarterbacks Andrea McNulty ‘s civil complaint against Ben Roethlisberger, currently pending in Nevada, relates, at its core, to an accusation of sexual assault. But there are also eight additional defendants specifically named, and it appears that the chief reason why they’re listed relates to an allegation of “civil conspiracy.” There are ample other complaints leveled at the eight defendants including defamation, trespassing and invasion of privacy, to name a few. But there’s a layer of weirdness to the nature of the conspiracy portion in the complaint that somehow seems intertwined with a TMZ report (I know, right?).
